Our latest case study follows Ferrers Hill, Markyate, from review under paragraph 84(e) to later HO11 planning permission in September 2026.

It explores the Panel’s feedback, the project team’s subsequent refinements and the wider planning evidence, following an earlier refusal and dismissed appeal.
