These chocolate brownies will be available at The Bake Box this weekend. They’re made with sourdough discard and loaded with 3 types of chocolate. They’re so fudgy and absolutely delicious. I had to do a taste test of course and I struggled to stop at one!

So it turns out you can use sourdough discard in lots of baking recipes. This week I’ve been trying out triple chocolate cookies, blueberry muffins, chocolate brownies and oatmeal raisin cookies. The oatmeal raisin cookies were my favourite! Hopefully some of these will be making their way to The Bake Box soon…

What does this jar of white goo on the windowsill have to do with The Bake Box? All shall be revealed!

I’ve decided against putting The Bake Box out this morning because of the weather. The last of the cookies won’t go to waste though - we’ll enjoy them infront of the fire! Wishing you all a cosy Sunday indoors!!

These chocolate chip cookies will be packaged and ready for The Bake Box this weekend. They’re adorned with chocolate caramel pieces and the perfect accompaniment for your weekend brew. Grab yours from 9am Saturday.

These Rolo blondies will be landing in The Bake Box this weekend. I suppose there’s only one question - ‘Do you love anyone enough to give them your last one?’
