World Polio Day is a reminder of just how far we’ve come—and why the work isn’t finished yet.

For decades, Rotary members and partners around the world have worked toward a future where no child has to experience polio. Today is a chance to celebrate that progress, raise awareness, and keep the momentum going until polio is gone for good.

We’re this close. Let’s finish the job. 💜

Our first Friday.
We are all quite anxious about today.
First off a huge thank you to all of you for your overwhelming support. We're doing our best to keep up with demand.
Truth is we didn't expect to be this busy- so thank you again..we also expected the Franklyn street location to slow down a bit. NOT THE CASE.
The Metral location is much busier for slices and pick ups.
Please expect pick ups to take up to an hour and delivery could be more than an hour.
A good way to help us keep up on times is to pre order. It gives us more time to prepare.
Please do so anytime after 10am at either location. 250 753 6667.
Thank you all for your understanding and support! We'll do our best tonight. We promise we'll get better and better.

This is what 24 years of friendship looks like. ❤️

24 years of laughter, adventures, supporting each other through life’s ups and downs, and making memories along the way.

So much has changed over the years, but one thing that hasn’t is our friendship. Grateful for all the good times, the laughs, and knowing we always have each other’s backs.

Here’s to 24 years of friendship and many more memories to come! 🥰

**Mambo on Metral is not open yet**

On Oct 1st we will be having a Mambo Swag Day at Mambo on Franklyn. Come in to Mambo Pizza wearing any piece of Mambo swag and receive a free slice.
We still have shirts available for sale. They're 25$ and you get a free slice with purchase.... then you can come back on Oct 1st between 11am-5pm to receive another free slice on Mambo Swag Day on Oct 1st between 11am-5pm at Mambo on Franklyn.

**this is a training exercise for newer pizza makers. We will be preparing every pizza on the menu all together and taking pictures etc for consistency! We will be cooking the pizzas we've made. The exact kind you want may not be available when you come in.
Opening day is very soon. FOR REAL THIS TIME.

A little full-circle moment 🍕❤️ So excited to see the new Mambo Pizza location coming together and can’t wait to see it up and running!

Seeing Mambo grow definitely brings back memories of my days working at the old location on the Crescent. Lots of good memories from that chapter—and now I’m excited to see what’s next! 🍕✨

Who’s excited?!?

The next Mambo on Metral post will be our opening date.
For now- here is an update.

We completed all the renovation yesterday. The city will be coming in to do an inspection very soon. The city has been great, its not because of them that we are behind schedule.
Technically we are behind schedule because I'm an optimist and never thought there was this much work to do.

We are waiting on three pieces of equipment before we can call Island Health for approval.

The place looks great and is almost ready to welcome all of you.

Mambo on Metral will feature a different colour variation than our Flagship store but everything else will be the same!
