The interior embraces NoMad’s signature hospitality and richly layered aesthetic, while also capturing Wynwood’s youthful and vibrant spirit, bringing the luxury hotel experience to residential living. Blending European design sensibilities with Miami flair, interiors feature a bright palette, light wood finishes, and lush botanical motifs, creating a unique, design-forward residential condo with bold character.

Rooted in the eclectic design language of NoMad hotels, our interior concept for NoMad Residences Wynwood in Miami rewrites the script for luxury living and the short-term rental market. Our design features a saturated colour palette, bold botanical patterns, sorbet-hued furniture and antique-inspired accents that pay homage to the vibrant and artistic Wynwood neighbourhood.

We’re thrilled to reveal our design concept and renders for Queen City Distillers, a five-venue dining and entertainment destination set to redefine the hospitality scene in Regina!

The space features The Draft Room, an elevated English pub-inspired sports bar; Bellaterra, a luxurious dining destination with a rich colour palette and design that nods to Saskatchewan’s agriculture; The Vault, a premium w**e bar defined by a vaulted statement ceiling and layered materials of natural stone and velvet; The Last Note, a dimly-lit, art deco-inspired jazz bar and speakeasy; and finally, The Jack, the anchoring two-storey live music venue featuring theatrical design elements and an immersive audio-visual experience.

Our interior concept for the brand new premium building at Uncle Leeds is eclectic, modern, full of personality and an embodiment of contemporary rental living. The design for all spaces including the reception, co-working areas, gym, billiard lounge, and penthouse, includes bold colours, sculptural forms, playful patterns and warm lighting that come together to create interiors that are inviting, energetic, and elegant.

The gym also features a large-scale mural by London-based artist Kelly Anna, whose illustrative movement-focused style brings the Uncle Leeds gym to life with colour, shape and flow.

Located inside The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Luma is a classic Italian dining destination with interiors by DesignAgency and branding by StudioDA. The interior palette includes natural woods, pale blues, olive greens and soft whites, with materials and textures inspired by a coastal landscape.

This all-day restaurant is bright, elegant and refreshing, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Inspired by James Turrell’s light-centric art installations, as seen in Drake’s “Hotline Bling” music video, our design for the VIP lounge at History Ottawa uses colour, light, and enticing sightlines to create a space where music and architecture intertw**e. The interior features a showstopping DJ booth, a built-in large scale disco ball, intimate lounge seating, and immersive lighting that combine to create a dynamic space for private events, pre-show gatherings, and after-parties.

We’re excited to reveal our interior design for The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami!

As part of the hotel’s recent multi-million-dollar transformation, DesignAgency reimagined key public spaces including the lobby, the bar and dining destinations, the spa and more, with branding of the food and drink venues by StudioDA. Inspired by Key Biscayne’s lush landscapes, our design expresses the signature Ritz-Carlton hospitality in fresh, modern ways. The expansive lobby features sculptural lighting, a soft palette and sweeping ocean views, while the spa feels intimate and rejuvenating with its use of natural materials and neutral tones. Each dining destination is distinct yet complementary in both interiors and visual identity, creating a cohesive guest experience from the moment of arrival.
