Friday mood: a little spooky, a little silly, and fully dressed for the occasion! 🎃👻💛

From costume fun with my kiddos to Halloween vibes with our amazing team at the Académie… today was a good reminder that grown-ups need to play dress-up too. 😂

One very happy Minion, the prettiest autumn colours, and so many smiles heading into Halloween weekend. 🍂✨

The to-do list can wait a minute… we’re busy making memories. 🧡

78 years loved, and so much to celebrate. 🤍🍂 Happy birthday, Nana!

We gathered around an autumn table filled with pumpkins, flowers, candlelight, and all the little details I love putting together for someone special. Cozy blankets, comfort food, a little w**e, chocolate cake… and the sweetest hugs from the grandkids. 🥹🎂

Of course I took approximately 100 photos of the table before anyone could touch anything. 😂📸 But my favourites? The ones with her in them.

Nana, we’re so lucky to have you. Here’s to more birthdays, more stories, and more afternoons gathered together. 🥂🤍

Two years ago, Liam was diagnosed with dyslexia. Since then, we’ve been learning how to support his reading, encourage his independence, and protect what matters most: his confidence and love of learning. 🤍

In my latest blog article, I share our journey with dyslexia and ADHD, the tools we use at home, and my own challenge as a mom—helping without doing everything for him.

I hope our experience helps another parent feel less alone.
