Pool Removal in Caledon | Terrier Construction

The problem: A pool you don’t use is costing you money and taking up your yard.

The solution: We demolish it, haul away what we need to and backfill with compacted clean fill. Then we grade for proper drainage.

The result: A flat, usable yard ready for sod, a garden, or a future build.

Problem: This old wood retaining wall and staircase had rotted and was failing, a safety risk getting worse every year.

Solution: We replaced it with 18” guillotined armourstone and natural stone steps, built to last a lifetime. No rot, no replacing.

Got a failing wood wall? Call or text Aaron at (416) 892-6078.

Hello everyone!

I wanted to take a minute on here to introduce myself and my family and tell you a bit more of what Terrier Construction is all about.

My name is Aaron, and I run this family business with my father Larry and my sister Aimee. We also recently welcomed a new little boy into the family who already loves all things heavy equipment. Looks like the next generation is on its way!

Here at Terrier Construction we specialize in:

• Excavation
• Armourstone
• Landscape / Property Services

We service both commercial and residential properties in and around the GTA.

If you or any of your friends are dealing with collapsing retaining walls, drainage issues, or stubborn gravel driveways, give us a call!

We strive to give our customers a worry-free experience throughout the whole process.

The Problem: A steep hill in Midland with a washed-out drainage ditch and no safe way up. 🚧

The Solution: We installed a culvert from top to bottom and reshaped the ditch into a solid, drivable service road with proper grading and drainage, so crews can get access and water still goes where it should. ✅

Steep slope. Tough access. Done right. 🚜🏔️
