Craft your own custom-scented soy candle in this hands-on, relaxing workshop!

You’ll learn the basics of candle making, blend your candle scent, and pour a clean-burning 100% natural soy wax candle to take home. We provide all materials, jars, wicks, and scents — just bring your creativity!

Perfect for beginners, cozy date nights, or a fun outing with friends. Seats are limited, so reserve your spot today!

Workshop timeline:

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: candle-making

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm: wait for the candle to cool down and solidify. This time is perfect for chatting, mingling, and grabbing food and drinks.

Join Apricus Creative and Paryse Leblanc for an afternoon of crafts and relaxation. ❤️We will start the afternoon with our candle-making experience, where you will learn the basics, create a custom scent using our fall scents, and hand-pour your own soy wax candle. This activity will take between 1 - 1.20 hrs depending on the group.

While we wait for our candles to cool down and solidify, participants will regulate their nervous system and relax with a Sound Bath by Paryse Leblanc. During a sound bath, you lie down and are immersed in the resonant, vibrating tones of singing bowls. To ensure a relaxing experience, bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask (optional). Sound baths can help calm your nervous system, lower everyday tension, and help you meditate without sitting in total silence.

Feel free to arrive earlier to purchase treats from Café Inclusio.

We are excited to host a candle workshop at Tony’s on Botsford // Cafe! ✨💕 This is the prefect activity for the fall season 🍂. Get creative, bring friends, or come solo, you will have a great experience either way 😊

What to expect?
You will learn the basics of candle making and customize your own candle scent. Your ticket includes a 4oz soy wax candle made with paraben and phthalate free fragrances, and one drink of your choice from the cafe (value of the drink is $8, but you can upgrade your drink at an additional charge).

We will have the natural aromatherapy benefits of the lavender fields!

The event is going to be outdoors on our mats, so don't forget to bring your yoga mat, and anything extra you need to feel comfortable for the sound bath. Extra items could include a pillow, sleeping mask, and a blanket.
