An EHON major street development shaped around the pedestrian experience — an opened ground floor and privately-owned public space soften a long Major Street frontage, while brick at the base and light metal panels above bring a contemporary building into conversation with its established neighbourhood.

Another EHON Major Street development project designed by Z Square Architect, site measuring 56 feet by 110 feet, with a total gross floor area of 18,000 square feet. Located along Royal Yor Road - identified as a Major Street in Toronto's official Plan - this site falls under the purview of the EHON: Major Streets policy, which encourages gentle intensification in neighborhood-designated areas along key corridors. A total of 24 residential units have been carefully integrated, offering a balanced mix of three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and compact studio apartments.
