We’re down to our last couple of white pottery candles again. Designed to be cherished long after your candle has burned, these beauties are locally handmade and custom-poured in all of our available scents. 🤍

I can’t help it, I fall in love with something at every artisan market I attend, and my heart tells me I just have to have it because it’s the perfect thing for me, or a family member, or a friend, or my dogs.

Finding handmade surprises is my favourite thing✨

Can’t wait to see what treasures I find this weekend! Will I see you there? I’ll be vending at the this Sunday, May 3rd — just in time for Mother’s Day.

📍 Sunbury Hall
⏰ 11am–3pm
🎁 Door prizes
🎟️ Admission by donation to Nick’s Nooks (food or cash)
🚗 Lots of parking

Hope to see you there 🤍

I remember reading a Reddit once where someone mused that candle making would be a good source of passive income…

and I laughed and laughed…

It’s definitely the opposite of passive income.

Good thing I love it.🍪

There are easier ways to do this. Faster ways, too.

But there’s something about making things by hand — the rhythm of it, the care, the step-by-step progress.

It might not make sense to everyone.

But in many ways, it’s its own reward.💫
