Well that was a surprise!
Thank you to the committee that kindly recognized the contribution to sustainability that is one of the key pillars of Owl Grove Roses.
From our wildlife habitat certification to our pesticide /chemical-free mandate, our up-cycled vases, no plastics or floral foam and an effort to have as small of a carbon footprint as feasible.
From preserving historical roses for future generations, to being the only Canadian importer of rare German roses from a company founded in 1908 to offering winter hardy zone 3 Canadian hybridized roses to the community, this is the main focus of the micro farm.
Introducing flower lovers to the beauty and fragrance of locally grown old world roses and heirloom cut-flower bouquets each season has become the 4th pillar of our sustainable agricultural profile.

Grateful for the continued support and nomination.
