I am truly honored and grateful to *Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited* for inviting me as *CEO of JAPU TECH ENGINEERING* to their exclusive Factory Visit Program.
The day was exceptionally well-organized from start to finish:
The program started with a warm welcome and morning coffee & breakfast at the meeting room. This was followed by an in-depth and insightful session on Factory Management Training, Full Factory Production Planning, and Product Quality Assurance.
After that, we had the opportunity to explore the entire production facility — from raw materials to final product, witnessing their world-class engineering, operational excellence, and strict quality control system.
After the factory visit, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch together hosted by the Berger team.
Finally, the program concluded with a closing meeting at the meeting room, along with a beautiful gift item from Berger as a token of appreciation.
My sincere thanks to the entire Berger team for their incredible hospitality, valuable knowledge sharing, and for giving me this memorable opportunity.
This visit has truly enriched my perspective on industrial coating standards and manufacturing excellence.
