We were proud to bring our world of texture and artistry to ADR's first Pineapple Soup in Adelaide, alongside in the heritage-listed Darling Building. Wool, colour tuffs, and a bespoke AVERY rug set the scene, while artworks from adorned every corner.⁠

The evening unfolded through exquisite cheeses by each paired with wines from . David Burton then shared the story behind our collaboration on Restaurant Aptos, where artistry and memory are woven into every layer.⁠
