Juniper Creek is a 110-unit affordable housing family community under construction in North Austin. It comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwelling units across 3 separate buildings. Building 2 includes a leasing office, miscellaneous support, and amenity spaces. It will share an existing community space, food pantry, and learning center with the neighboring Laurel Creek community.

Millions of dollars of construction financing was secured for a new affordable housing development on land in east Austin currently owned by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
