🏠 Another Rough House transformation is complete!

Welcome to 15261 Kempwood Dr. in Chesterfield.

This one started as a well-loved home with great bones in a fantastic location. It just needed a new vision and we knew exactly what we wanted to do with it.

We completely refreshed this 3-bedroom ranch with a brand new custom kitchen, quartz countertops, waterfall island, new flooring, recessed lighting, shiplap ceilings, updated bathrooms, new roof, upgraded deck and a finished lower level with a huge rec room and bar.

Nearly 2,400 sq. ft. of finished living space, an oversized 2-car garage, level backyard and Parkway West schools.

We love taking homes like Kempwood and giving them a fresh start for the next family.

And as always… if you know of a house that needs a fresh start, Rough House is looking for our next one. We buy AS-IS—no repairs, no cleanout and no hassle.
