Mentorship creates pathways for the next generation of architects, engineers, and industry leaders. Our team members are proud to be a part of the ACE Mentor Program of West Michigan, a no-cost after-school program guiding high school students through mock design projects with professional mentors.
Our Structural Engineer Jacob Loew is the board chair for . He and other volunteers bring kids hands-on exposure to real design work that most students don’t encounter in the classroom. It’s a fantastic opportunity for future professionals to gain valuable insight, build confidence, and explore what’s possible in their future careers.
