🦋 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MEET ALEX! 🔨
(He said if I show his face I have to pay him royalties) 😂😂😂

You know those people who don’t need a spotlight because their hard work speaks for itself? That’s Alex! 👏

At Rustic Butterfly, we know beautiful spaces don’t happen by accident. They’re built by hardworking people who care about the details, take pride in their craftsmanship, and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Alex is one of those people who helps turn our ideas into reality, one detail at a time.

While the finished projects get all the attention, it’s the hours spent measuring, cutting, installing, adjusting, and making sure everything comes together that truly make the difference.

And let’s be real… working with a design team that always has “just one more idea” takes a special kind of patience! 😂

Alex, we appreciate your hard work, your dedication, and everything you bring to the Rustic Butterfly team! 🤎

Because at the end of the day, our greatest asset isn’t our tools, our showroom, or even our beautiful projects.

It’s the people who make it all happen.

👏 Help us give Alex some well-deserved appreciation!

⚡ GREAT DESIGN DESERVES AN EVEN BETTER ELECTRICIAN! 🔨

Can we take a minute to appreciate the people who make the magic happen behind the scenes?!

Because when your electrician is practically touching the ceiling, balancing on a ladder, and making sure every detail is JUST right… you know you’ve got a good one! 😂🙌

At Rustic Butterfly, we believe the people behind our projects are just as important as the finished product.

And our electrician? He’s one of the BEST! 💪

From complicated installations to those finishing touches that completely transform a room, his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to tackle the challenges we throw his way never go unnoticed.

We dream it up, he figures out how to make it happen, and somehow he still answers when we call with another “Hey, we have an idea…” 🤣

Good trades are hard to find. GREAT trades are worth their weight in gold.

We’re incredibly grateful to have talented people who take as much pride in their work as we do.

👏 Let’s hear it for the tradesmen who help turn our crazy ideas into beautiful realities!

🐾 MEET GUS: Director of Judgment & Unsolicited Opinions. 🦋

Every successful company needs strong leadership… unfortunately, ours comes with four legs, giant ears, and a serious attitude problem. 😂

Meet Gus, Rustic Butterfly’s self-appointed supervisor.

His qualifications include:

🐾 Zero construction experience.
🐾 Absolutely no respect for personal space.
🐾 Extensive experience staring at employees with disappointment.
🐾 Mandatory snack breaks every 15 minutes.
🐾 An impressive ability to judge your life choices without saying a word.

He doesn’t approve estimates, manage schedules, or help with projects… but he WILL make sure everyone knows when their performance is unacceptable.

Employee morale? Questionable.
Management style? Aggressive.
Accountability? Through the roof.

We’re pretty sure he’s already written us all up at least twice today. 🤣

Gus doesn’t micromanage. He just silently disapproves.

🐶 Anyone else have a boss like Gus?

✨ Awkward Spaces. Beautiful Solutions. 🦋

You know those weird little spaces in your home that you just don’t know what to do with? The odd alcoves, unused corners, and awkward wall spaces?

We see opportunity where others see wasted space! 🙌

At Rustic Butterfly, we believe every square foot of your home should have a purpose, and functionality should never come at the expense of beautiful design.

This custom built-in transforms an otherwise underutilized nook into a stunning storage solution, complete with rich cabinetry, thoughtfully designed drawers, and a seamless floor-to-ceiling finish.

✔️ More storage without sacrificing floor space
✔️ Custom cabinetry designed to fit perfectly
✔️ Less clutter and a more intentional feel
✔️ Beautiful finishes that elevate the entire room

Because great design isn’t always about making a room bigger. Sometimes it’s about making the space you already have work better.

💬 What’s the most awkward or unused space in your home? We’d love to help you reimagine it!

🦋 TEAMWORK 🔨

Sometimes building a business means getting your hands dirty, climbing on top of signs, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done! 😂

At Rustic Butterfly, we’re not just a team that designs and builds beautiful spaces. We’re a team that shows up, works together, figures things out, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever we’re needed.

From the big projects to the little details (and everything in between), it’s the people behind the scenes who make it all happen.

Different roles. One vision. One incredible team. 🤎

We’re building more than beautiful spaces. We’re building something we’re proud of, together.

This vanity was designed to bring function, storage, and warmth together in one statement space. The natural wood cabinetry adds character, while the long quartz countertop gives both sinks plenty of breathing room. Matte black fixtures bring contrast, warm brass hardware adds just the right amount of detail, and those oversized arched mirrors completely elevate the room.

And can we talk about the storage? 🙌 Drawers, cabinets, and dedicated space for TWO—because a beautiful bathroom is even better when the countertops can actually stay clean.

Your vision. Our expertise.

This space is all about quiet luxury—warm natural textures, soft neutral tones, oversized marble-look tile, organic pebble flooring, warm wood, and brushed gold details coming together without feeling over done.

We love designing spaces where every material has a purpose and the entire room feels connected. Beautiful, functional, and designed around how you actually live.

Ready to turn your bathroom into a space you never want to leave?
