Before and after on the BFD. Black Aluminum railings from RDI top off the wooden deck boards. All edges routed for a nice finish.

One of my favorite projects. It’s been a long term project with all the twists and turns but finally at a point where it can be enjoyed. Still a lot of work left to do before it’s fully complete including equipping the covered outdoor kitchen and hardscape patio.

Client wanted new counters and backsplash. Removed old tile and had some great new stone tops installed. They didn’t want tile so a freshly painted back splash with new outlet covers and under cabinet lights.

An old rotary phone I thought was a decoration started ringing while I was sitting by the window enjoying the ocean view. Had finished up a long day working at a clients vintage beach cabin. Felt like a “Matrix” moment.

Replaced this poorly installed outswing door that was having issues with an inswing. Looks and wire much better.

Built this bookshelf unit with adjustable shelves on top of existing base cabinets for a new client. Added some remote controlled LED lights for the cool factor. Had been awhile since I built bookshelves like this. Think I still got it!🤣

If you ever wondered what active termites look like!

Back at the river finishing off removing the old cedar siding. Yet another reason I wish the previous owner would have repaired the cedar instead of cover it poorly with vinyl. Originally this was really good quality cedar. You won’t find siding boards 19 plus feet long too often. Such a shame they covered it which caused the termite infestation.

Rebuilt AC privacy fence.
