A little lunchtime Inktober update! Every week during the month of October we spend some time sketching and creating. Can you guess the favorite movies? ⚓

It’s all in the details.
John and Noe were recently in Austin for a page turn meeting, working through the drawings with the project team and making sure everything is aligned before the next phase begins.

Inktober continues! Thank you, Crystal, for putting together these fun prompts and to our team for putting out quality work! Which prompt is your favorite? 👀 🦗

One of the best parts of architecture? Seeing people actually enjoy the spaces you helped create.

Alta Westinghouse in Georgetown, TX is now home to real people living real life. Knowing the layouts, amenities, and overall feel of the community are working the way they were intended is incredibly rewarding!

Inktober is in full swing!

Each October, one of our team members puts together a daily prompt list and challenges everyone to get creative with a quick sketch. It’s one of our favorite ways to create together while seeing all the different ideas and interpretations that come from the same prompt.

From rendering to reality, our first Colorado project is officially underway!

Altera Rogers Road in Longmont, CO has broken ground, and we’re excited to watch this vision come to life.

ASK AN ARCHITECT 👋

We asked Noe Flores:
What is something people think architects do that we actually don’t?

His answer:
A lot of people think we just draw buildings. Drawing is part of it, but much of our job is coordinating people, solving problems, interpreting codes, and making hundreds of decisions work together.

Turns out, there’s a lot more happening behind the scenes than a sketchpad and a set of plans.

What’s something you’ve always wanted to ask an architect?
