The water heaters T&P drain line has an improper design. The T&P drain line comes out of the WH and goes down into a TEE and the out the wall. At the TEE it goes to the over flow pan under the WH. The 1st problem is by code you are not allowed to have a TEE in the T&P discharge line the 2nd problem is the water that will be coming out of the discharge line will be extremely hot. The hot water will over fill the pan and spill onto the floor causing water damage.

This is a window that is or has lost is seal. The way an insulated glass panel is designed is there are 2 panes of glass with a seal around the perimeter. The air is then vacuumed out and replaced with typically an Argon gas. It is this gas that keeps the window from fogging up.
The repair is to replace that window. a lot of times you can just replace the top or bottom sash and not the whole window.

The back deck is attached to a cantilever. This is bad because we are unable to determine how the rim board of the house is attached to the floor joist. More than likely, the face board is face nailed into the ends of the floor joist. And then the deck header is attached to the rim board of the house. This is a problem because when people walk on the deck, the deck is going to shake a little. Then over time the shaking will result in the nails pulling out of the rim board and floor joist attachment point. Then the deck will fall.
The repair is to independently support the deck at the deck header and the house.
