Instead of our usual Fam Day @ El Fresco this Sunday, 10/25, you can find El Fresco artists and fam creating at ICA Miami’s Family Fest!
ICA Miami’s annual Family Fest returns with the theme “We Are Miami,” celebrating the communities that shape our city through art, music, and performance. We’re proud that our artists are part of the day, with hands-on art-making stations for all ages and a mural you won’t want to miss! Check out:
🧵 La Fibraa (la_fibraa), one of our The Littlest Co-op artists
Create a small textile mural using a piece of fabric from one of Gina’s past projects. Use paint markers to tag it, make a pattern, or design your own tiny wall to keep as a bookmark or keychain.
🎨 Marggie Haza (marg haza), Little Havana artist and former The Littlest Co-op artist
Jump into live mural production! Use chalk paint to decorate the walls and paint a Little Havana icon: the rooster.
🐓 Didi Contreras (Diana "Didi" Contreras), Peruvian-born, Miami-based muralist and El Fresco collaborator
Didi created a mural for the event that captures the essence of Little Havana, weaving together iconic landmarks, tropical foliage, and local cultural symbols. She also painted one of the event’s big, colorful roosters. Stop by to see it in person and snap a photo!
