After more than five years of construction, a newly completed Brutalist mansion in Bel Air is asking $36.5 million. Designed by Jeffrey Eyster’s Atelier Eyster, the nearly 11,000-square-foot residence incorporates 10 million pounds of reinforced concrete, with cantilevered elements, angled columns, terrazzo floors, and walnut paneling throughout. Set on a hillside overlooking Los Angeles, the five-bedroom home features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to terraces with views of the Pacific Ocean. The primary suite occupies the entire upper floor, while other amenities include two swimming pools, a home theater, gym, sauna, and steam room.
