Learning new skills!

Last week some of our technicians were able to be apart of a gas fitting course up in Pennsylvania.
Although this isn’t a service Amazing Flame offers this course allowed our techs to gain a deeper insight on the same materials they work with on a daily basis 🔥

FIREPLACE INSTALLATION ERROR!

Recently, one of our technicians visited a customer's residence, where a new fireplace had been installed last year but was malfunctioning.
Upon investigation, our technician discovered that the installer had neglected to include venting, a crucial element for this type of fireplace. We were shocked but plan to get this fixed for them to be able to use their fireplace safely.
