So we do between 40 and 50 new homes a year, 80 percent with propane boilers and furnaces the other 20% heat pumps and alternative fuels, but yesterday we did our first new home in over 10 years with a oil boiler!!

When I started the business 25 years ago 95% of our new homes were oil boilers, wow have times changed.

Before and after photos of oil boiler replacement with heat pump water heater. The old system had non working 120 gallon solar water heater with boiler back up still instilled as well as a piped in outdoor wood boiler that was no longer in service and a 60 gallon buffer tank with a non working radiant injection pump I'm still scratching my head, they should see a huge oil savings!

Very basic gas boiler for gas boiler replacement. As much as I don't agree with it client chose to reuse as much as possible. We just repiped primary piping fixed exhaust issues and added an acid neutralizer

30 year warranty double wall oil tank. Inside and outside tanks.
