Our Story

As a Stay Home Mom for most of my life I have developed many loves. I have dabbled in everything from painting furniture, photography, cooking, decorating and more. My daughter said to me years ago that I am like a Large Oak with many branches and twigs jutting from my core with many talents and trades dangling from my branches . I took those words to heart and began to name my interests TWIG. It began with Twig Photography. As I was taking pictures of babies and families I continued painting everything I could get my hands on. (At one point my Ed thought I may begin painting him.)

In 2019 we bought a second home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. I have fallen deeply in love with the region and have decided not only to take up residence but to sell my hand painted furniture and goods along with my favorite paint and supplies. Dixie Belle Paint has won me over and I want to share that with all the painters I can find. Along with the paint I will be selling my favorite candles hand poured and hand crafted in Oklahoma City. My heart began in OKC and has landed in the mountains of Virginia. Why not merge the 2 with this unbelievable product.
