Welcome to the Rusty Bunny Test Kitchen where my wife Bonny and I share tips, techniques, and recipes for fun, easy dishes for you and your family. For us, cooking is about family and friends and being together when we can. Me...I'm the outdoor guy cooking mostly with the grill, smoker, flat top, fryer, and cast iron over an open fire. Bonny...she is more the indoor kitchen person with a more traditional approach to dishes while adding her own personal flair. Together, we make an awesome team in the Rusty Bunny Test Kitchen. Please join us as we travel together on this culinary adventure and thank you for being a part of our YouTube family.

Use a pan to grill wings over medium high heat. Add sauce after wings reach about 160 internal temperature. Continue to toss wings in sauce until about 190 internal temperature. I then like to dump directly onto the grill and sear to about 200 degrees internal temperature for a tender, flavorful finish.

You don’t have to have a flat top to make tortilla burgers. You can do these in a skillet on your stove top. Quick, easy, and good, good, good.😎

I LOVE WINGS! One of my favorite is Crazy Ranch Dry Rub.
Let’s face it🤷🏻‍♂️. Chicken needs flavor. That’s why I usually brine my wings overnight. The flavor penetrates deep and keeps the wings tender. The brine along with an internal temperature around 190 to 200, makes a tender, moist wing.
