Homemade Takeout is back! Now in Southern Utah!❤️

If you've been scrolling through this page, you've probably noticed a whole lot of food orders from Hawaii! Homemade Takeout originally began while our family was stationed there, and those posts are part of our story, so I'm keeping them visible.

Now we're starting a new chapter in Southern Utah St George!

For current meals, preorder information, and everything happening now, please go to our website! homemadetakeoutbyshaina.com

Well, a little update for ya’ll!!

I have spent the summer compiling a “Grant Portfolio” that I feel is really exceptional. It has my story, my mission statements and goals, projections for earnings and growth, a Community Meal Program, customer reviews and testimonials (thanks to soooo many of you who contributed to that and who have commented, messaged me over the years such sweet things that I have saved and documented).

And I have compiled a very detailed list of equipment and infrastructure needed to launch Homemade Takeout under Utah’s Microenterprise Home Kitchen requirements.

With all of that, I’ve begun applying for grants to help me get Homemade Takeout relaunched.

So a website is coming, where orders will be placed. When that gets set up, I’ll let you know, but I’ll continue to use my social media pages to advertise meals and offer behind the scenes videos and pictures.

What’s next? I’m working on my Food Handlers Manager Certification, adjusting recipes for future meal offerings, and finalizing all the business things and inspections we will need to have in place before I can begin cooking.

Love you all!! Thanks for the support! Here’s a short video of some enchiladas I made recently, and if anyone knows of any small business grants, let me know!

There is a lot going on behind the scenes here!! But it’ll be worth the wait when we finally take meal reservations. Currently working on: food management certifications, website, banking and cc processing, grants, menus and recipes, equipment needs. Follow along on instagram, TikTok and FB. Here’s an update:

Hello everyone and Aloha! Good to see you again!!
I have a favor to ask all of you!!
😘
We are hemming and hawing about starting this service up again! We currently are in St George Utah. Most of the followers to this page ordered from me in Hawaii, or I have personally cooked for you. You may not live near me now, but can I ask a huge favor? Can you leave me a review? Share your experience about Homemade Takeout or my cooking in general, and help me get this going in a new area. Thank you!!! Mahalo! xo
