I'd like to think that even a beginner DIY person would know to not install ceramic tile to a wood subfloor that has holes in it & isn't even level! 😤 Demoed it all out up to the base cabinets, shored up the kitchen subfloor, new moisture barrier, 2 layers of OSB to build back up to existing floors for smooth tie in, leveled out the kitchen and the living room to have transitionless flow & installed new LVP, baseboard & shoe molding in both spaces.
