🌿 WE’RE HIRING! 🌿
Full-Time Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member

Southern Roots Groundworks is looking for someone who takes pride in working hard and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Full-time (40–50 hours per week)
✅ Able to work 10–12 hour days in the Louisiana heat
✅ Experience in lawn care and landscaping is a plus (but not required if you’re willing to learn)
✅ Dependable, motivated, and ready to work as part of a team

What the job involves:
• Lawn maintenance
• Landscaping installations and cleanups
• Operating commercial equipment
• Servicing 15–30 properties per day with our crew
• We start at 6AM every day

This is a physically demanding job, but it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants steady, full-time work.
