**Okay… this table has a STORY. 😂🤎**

This is one of those pieces that makes me smile because absolutely NONE of it was supposed to go together.

The table and bench? We rescued them from a friend’s dumpster.

The two chairs? Both rescued from the curbs of TWO completely different houses.

And somehow… they ended up together. 😂

Is she perfect? Nope. Not even going to pretend she is. But honestly, that’s exactly what makes her so fun.

If you look closely, you’ll notice the chairs don’t match. The pieces have their own little imperfections and personalities. The tabletop has a faux natural wood finish created with paint and stain, paired with a soft sand-colored base.

She’s mismatched. She’s a little quirky. She has clearly lived a life.

And now she’s looking for someone who appreciates furniture with a little more personality than something pulled off a showroom floor.

**Includes the table, bench + 2 mismatched chairs.**

🤎 **$400 takes the whole set home.**

They will be **ready for pickup by this weekend!**

I’m happy to hold it for someone with a **nonrefundable 1/2 deposit ($200)**. Deposit can be sent via **Cash App or Venmo**, with the remaining $200 due at pickup.

One of a kind because, well… we literally rescued every piece separately. 😂

And I kind of love that.

Finishing up in a table this week. When I was finished filling a few holes on a desk that Killian has flipped I had a tiny bit of bondo left so I worked on an old frame that I have…. Nothing goes to waste in this house if we can help it

Very excited to lighten these up.

You know what’s cool? History.

Finding it. Preserving it. Glorifying the parts that deserve to be glorified. Honoring what came before us and restoring it so people in the future can experience it, too.

A few months ago, we scored 16 dressers with mirrors from the old Royal Hotel here in Flint.

The Royal was a place where executives stayed when they came to Flint during the Fisher Plant era and throughout the automobile boom. Think about how much history those pieces have quietly witnessed. The people who used them. The conversations that happened around them. The lives that passed through those rooms.

Unfortunately, the dressers themselves weren’t really saveable as dressers. But that doesn’t mean their story has to end.

So… we’re giving them a new life. ❤️
We’re turning them into kitchen islands, bathroom vanities, and a few floating shelves.

Same history. Different purpose.
That’s what we love to do.

We see value and worth everywhere — even in things other people might consider too old, too damaged, or too far gone.

Because sometimes preservation doesn’t mean keeping something exactly as it was.

Sometimes it means finding a new way for it to keep telling its story.

Pretty neat, huh?

Just look at the beautiful wood!

✨ Another piece brought back to life. ✨

There's something incredibly satisfying about taking an older piece of furniture and giving it a second chance.

This vintage dining table was carefully refinished to highlight the beautiful natural wood grain, then paired with four classic Windsor chairs painted in a timeless black for a warm, modern farmhouse look.

One of my favorite features is its versatility—the removable center leaf allows it to transform from a cozy round table for everyday meals into a larger oval table that's perfect for hosting family and friends.

Like any vintage piece, it isn't factory perfect—and that's exactly what makes it special. Its character and history are part of its charm, creating a one-of-a-kind dining set you simply won't find in a showroom.

We love giving quality furniture a new life instead of seeing it end up in a landfill. ❤️

This set is now available! If you've been looking for a dining table with character, craftsmanship, and timeless style, send us a message.
