First step of this full exterior transformation was removing the aluminum siding on the back side and replacing it with white vinyl to tie into the upper section!

First and second photo is before and after
Third is just a photo of the house currently

Next step is fascia/soffit repairs

Then a full exterior paint
- white siding and black trim/accents

New black gutter & spouting

Couple befores & after

Homeowner needed a few pieces of wood bevel siding replaced and a new gable vent installed to pass inspection so he can get the house sold!

Painted the entire front exterior of the house as well
(No pictures of that because the color match was so close you couldn’t tell much of a difference)

** It’s best to leave a gap between the bottom edge of wood siding and the roof line if replacing or when doing a new install giving the water room to properly run down the step flashing rather than eating away at the wood
