A little driveway TLC!

These two driveways needed some attention!

We spent some time repairing deteriorated areas, filling cracks, cleaning up the edges, and finishing everything off with a fresh coat of asphalt sealer.

Quite a bit of preparation went into this project, but the finished results made it worthwhile!

A big thank you to the property owner for trusting Spiess Construction with another project!

A little more room to move!

Wrapped up this kitchen project alongside Dave Harris.

We removed the existing island, repaired and tied the flooring back together, and opened up quite a bit of usable space in the middle of the kitchen.

Really happy with how naturally the floor came back together — you’d hardly know an island was ever there.

Always thankful for the opportunity to work in someone’s home, and thankful to have good people to work alongside

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way!

47’ of gutters cleaned out and foam gutter inserts installed to help keep leaves and debris from building back up.

Nothing flashy — just another small job taken care of and water moving where it should.

A little finish carpentry project wrapped up!

New decorative crown molding and corner blocks installed throughout this room, along with new molding added to the existing baseboards and shoe molding.

We also repaired a failed drywall seam across the ceiling.

The homeowner will be taking it from here with the final prep and painting.

Small details can make a big difference in the character of a room.

This bedroom received a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore White Dove, giving the space a clean, bright, refreshed feel while preserving the character of the original hardwood floors.
