Rustic Pine

Custom built rustic furniture In 2013 I decided to try to sell a few things locally and have been doing that on and off as more of a hobby.

My name is Tyler and I have been interested in building things since I was a kid growing up in Wisconsin building tree forts and working on projects with my dad. I moved to Michigan in 2018 for a job and decided to do more building on the side. In April 2020 I lost my job and started doing this full time and have been blessed beyond belief with great clients and awesome support from family and friends. Have been going strong even through the pandemic. I would love to build you something. My favorite thing to build for people are tables, or as my family calls them gathering places. Nothing better than bringing families and friends together around a table to share so many memories.

Finished up in the shop and ready for its next chapter. 🪵
I love the contrast on this set—the dark-stained wood tops against the white bases, with matching benches to bring it all together. And that wood grain gives every piece its own character.
From a stack of boards to a place for meals, homework, and game nights—that’s a pretty rewarding part of building furniture.

This one is looking right at home with all those fall touches. 🍂
I built this table with a rich stained top, a dark painted base, and chunky turned legs. It has plenty of farmhouse character without needing much dressing up—but that fall centerpiece certainly doesn’t hurt!
Would you choose a dark base like this, or go with white? Let me know below. 👇

Family dinners. Saturday morning pancakes. One more conversation before everyone heads to bed. 🤎
That’s what I picture when I build a table like this.
The warm wood finish and matching bench give this one a simple farmhouse look, and I love how it all comes together with the white chairs.
