Starter bulk up ! 🍞
Prepping to make 30 loaves means a lot of starter !
Going from half a mason jar full, to a big class jar, to a BIG 12qt container ! πŸ«ͺ I do an approximate 1:3:5 ratio of starter to water to flour to get a thick strong starter ! Look at the gluten network on this starter pour ! 😍

Hey there bread lovers ! 🍞 Long time no talk !
I have an update for y’all ! 🀩
First.. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me recover and spend time soaking up all the newborn snuggles ! These last two months have been spent adjusting to becoming a family of 4 ! πŸ’™β™₯️
Baby boy Louis is getting so big already ! & my big girl is in preschool ! πŸ₯Ή
Second.. I’m itching to get back in the swing of things and start baking again !! 🍞🍞
πŸŽƒ I’m back to taking some preorders, I have one event planned before the year is over, and I will be back at Little Leaf Store in a few weeks !! 🀩
Thank you all for the continued support while I took a little break. I will keep posting updates as the event gets closer and when I will be back at the store !
Happy fall, y’all ! πŸ‚

I need to take a moment and give everybody a big belly THANK YOU ! πŸ₯°
This business would be nothing without all of my amazing customers ! It was such a fantastic weekend getting to see so many familiar faces looking for my booth and also meeting so many new ones excited to get their hands on some goodies ! It’s such a blessing to talk all things sourdough with you all ! 🍞 Events like this makes everything worth it hearing how much you all love everything, sharing with friends and family, all the support and well wishes.. It’s such a beautiful thing getting to connect with my community πŸ₯Ή
I’ve said it before and always need to let you all know how much of a dream come true this little sourdough bakery is and it’s only possible because of you guys ! I can’t thank you all enough for all of the love and support !
There’s big plans for this business and I can’t wait to continue to share it with you all ! ☺️

With all things love and sourdough, Jenna 🍞πŸ₯°
