No paint. No sanding. No problem. 💥

This flip was all cleaning. The right tools, some elbow grease, and a little patience.

When I added up my time on this one, it came out to about $110 an hour.

Not every flip needs a full makeover. Sometimes a solid piece only needs a deep clean and a good listing to sell for top dollar.

This 80s dresser gets a refresh. ⭐

A scrub brush on a drill. That's it.

It gets into every carved detail and crevice in seconds, and it saves your arms for the fun part.

Spoiler alert. My dream kitchen table didn't come from a showroom. 🚨

It came from a thrift store. For 30 dollars.

Tired and dated. But solid wood with gorgeous legs. I knew exactly what she could be.

A lot of sanding and a warm stain later, she's the heart of our kitchen. 💛
