Two stages. Two very different homes. One busy week. 🏡✨

Last week, REASON staged two homes getting ready to hit the market:

📍 Westerville — a split-level home, staged to help buyers see the potential, flow, and function of every space.

📍 Lancaster — a two-story home with a finished basement, styled from top to bottom to feel warm, inviting, and move-in ready.

Both homes officially hit the market Friday — and Westerville is already in contract! 🎉

That’s why staging matters. It’s not just about making a home look pretty. It’s about helping buyers connect with a space and picture themselves living there.

And somewhere in between those two stages… we squeezed in a destage too. 😅

Newest staging project in Pickerington ✨

This 4 bedroom home already had beautiful bones — we focused on layering warmth, contrast, texture, and functionality throughout the space to help buyers emotionally connect the moment they walk in.

A few favorite details:
• the bold fireplace feature wall
• warm wood + black accents throughout
• soft neutral layering in the primary suite
• elevated lower-level styling that makes the basement feel intentional and usable
