Professional college and long time high school friend purchased a house investment to rent out. He split it into two units and had me do both kitchens and all bathrooms.

The main kitchen was a small room. Knocked down wall, opened it up and created a huge functional kitchen with large island.

The second one was already open concept but it was previously a bonus room he converted into a large kitchen and living space combo for smaller family.
Both turned out amazing
Almost ready to rent!!
