📬 Greetings from Ahwatukee

Living next to South Mountain has its perks.
🌵 Morning hikes.
🌄 Evening views.
🌅 Quick escapes into the desert without ever leaving town.

It has a way of making you appreciate home a little more.

Which raises an interesting question...
If you've invested in a neighborhood you love...
Why keep settling for a bathroom you don't?

Life changes.
Families grow.
Styles evolve.
Your home should grow with you.

We're big believers that remodeling isn't about chasing trends.
It's about creating spaces that fit the life you're living today.

Because home should feel just as good inside as it does outside.

We're contractors.
We probably could have just kept posting bathroom photos and reminding everyone that we install flooring.

Instead, we made a magazine.

Because after years of remodeling homes, we've learned that homeowners have questions that don't fit neatly into a social post.

Questions about what happens behind the walls.
What actually makes a bathroom accessible.
Which upgrades matter.
What remodeling really looks like before the room gets cleaned, styled, and photographed.
And why some of the smallest decisions make the biggest difference once you're living in the space.

So we put those conversations somewhere they had room to breathe.

It's called UNDER CONSTRUCTION, our new ACR quarterly.

The Fall issue is The Everyday Luxury Issue, and it's about real renovations, real decisions, and homes designed for actual human beings.

No mansion required.
No perfectly folded towel required, either.

Welcome to UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Three years from now, you probably won't be thinking about your remodel.

You'll just reach for the shampoo in a niche that's the right height.
Walk from one room to another without an awkward flooring transition.
Put something away in the storage you finally have.
Sit on the shower bench without thinking twice about why you added it.
That's kind of the point.

Good remodeling eventually stops feeling new and starts feeling like your house was always supposed to work this way.

The photos matter. The reveal is fun.
But we're building for everything that happens after that.

This surprises people sometimes:
You get to pick the pretty stuff.

The tile you keep touching every time you walk past it.
The faucet you saved three months ago.
The weird little mosaic your spouse isn't convinced about yet.

That's yours.

Our job is to make sure the construction behind those choices works.

We build the shower. Install the flooring. Coordinate the trades. Work through the details. And turn a pile of selections into an actual room.

Because custom remodeling shouldn't mean your contractor hands you three shades of beige and tells you to pick one.

It should mean your choices, professionally built.

There is a difference.

And it's one of the things we're talking about in this quarter's UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Some homes don’t need to be replaced. They need to be respected, spaces rejuvenated.

When you renovate with intention, you keep the soul and fix the frustration. 🛠️
