🎨 A little update from Vics Designs

I’ve been a little quiet around here this summer, and I wanted to share why. My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, so our world has looked a little different lately. We’ve been focusing on each other, getting through treatment, and taking things one day at a time. 💜

Art has always been one of the ways I’ve found joy, and lately I’ve been letting myself explore outside of what I normally create. I started with hand-painted banners, but I’ve had so much fun stepping into the canvas world and seeing where it takes me.

These are a few of my recent pieces—and you may notice a little more purple making its way into my work from here on out. 💜 The purple koi in particular is a little reminder of strength, perseverance, and continuing to move forward even when the water gets rough.

I’m excited to slowly get back into creating, experimenting, and sharing more of my art with you all. 🥹🎨

I had the opportunity to donate a hand-painted banner for the upcoming Cleveland Metropolitan School District community Back to School event. 💙

This event helps provide students with school supplies and other resources to help them start the school year strong. I’m honored that my artwork can play a small part in supporting such an important cause.
