Thank you Ross Perrett for being a 2026 Oakmont Chargers Gold sponsor!

R.J. Perrett Contracting Inc was founded in 2021 by owner Ross Perrett, who has a 20+ year history of construction experience. Ross has served in many areas of construction, including landscaping, supply chain, framing, and finishes, and has executed projects of varying size in both the commercial and residential arenas. Ross and R.J. Perrett Contracting Inc have since found their calling in the area of remodeling for both commercial and residential clients. Our goal is to help as many customers as possible change the spaces in which they live and work, for the better. We love improving the areas we work in through projects big and small. Whether the task is a full remodel or a simple facelift, we treat each job with the utmost quality and service. Our focus is always on doing the job right, the first time.

🔨 Sometimes the most important work is the stuff you'll never see when the job is finished.

Today our crew was busy tackling some water damage around an exterior chimney chase.

Over time, water had found its way in and caused some of the wood underneath to rot. We started by carefully removing the damaged materials, exposing the problem areas, and repairing the affected framing before beginning the rebuilding process.

It's not always the glamorous side of construction, but it's some of the most important work we do.

Covering up a problem doesn't fix it. We believe in taking the time to address what's underneath and doing the job right.

A few pictures from today's progress. Stay tuned for the finished product! 👷‍♂️

🏡 A beautiful deck is an investment worth protecting!

Last summer, our team built this front porch, and recently the homeowners called us back to give it some extra protection with a fresh coat of clear wood sealer!

While building it right is the first step, proper maintenance is what helps keep your deck looking great for years to come. Regular cleaning, staining, and sealing help protect wood from moisture, UV exposure, and the wear and tear of New England weather. 🍂❄️☀️

At R.J. Perrett Contracting, we don't just build and remodel. We also offer professional painting, staining, and sealing services for projects big and small!

Whether it's protecting a new deck, refreshing an aging porch, or giving your home's interior or exterior a fresh coat of paint, our team brings the same attention to detail and quality craftsmanship to every job.

From a small patio to a whole new outdoor living space. 🔨☀️

Swipe to see the before ➡️ after on this deck transformation!

We took an underused backyard area and created a large, functional deck that gives these homeowners significantly more room to relax, entertain, and enjoy their property. New decking, stairs, railings, lattice and plenty of attention to the details that make the finished project look like it belongs with the home.

And if a new deck is on your wish list, here’s the important part:
📅 Our deck schedule is already FULL for the remainder of this year AND Spring 2027.
That doesn't mean it's too early to call us — it means now is the time to start planning for Summer/Fall 2027.
The best projects don't have to start with a rush. Getting started early gives us time to discuss your ideas, develop the scope, work through the details and get your project onto the schedule well before you're ready to enjoy it.
☀️ Want a new deck next summer? Start the conversation now.
