Bit more progress on the Blyth job. And steels have finally been delivered so we can get them fitted as well 💪💪🔨🔨

Not looking forward to sliding around in that on Monday morning. Put at least we got the slab laid today so another job crossed off the list 💪💪🔨🔨

Starting to take shape now. Foundations dug out and passed concrete poured and the inner leaf up to dpc. Bricks are finally arriving in the morning so we can get the outer skin built up. 150mm of type 1 MOT blinded in with sand ready for 100mm kingspan and 100mm concrete going in on Thursday. Fingers crossed for some half decent weather so we can get it all up ready for the steel work and roof 💪💪🔨🔨

Got a start on the Blyth project today, all going well till we snapped the track on the digger. Never mind we'll get the rest out tomorrow 💪💪🔨🔨

Paving job done in Morpeth. Graveled area removed and dug out, 100mm type 1 stone, new pin kerbs, new aco drainage channel connected into existing drainage and 600x600 buff flags 🔨🔨💪💪

Bathroom completed, took all the walls back to brick and timber, reboarded and skimmed, timber cladding ceiling taken down down boarded and skimmed with 4 new spots. 1200x600mm tiles on the walls and floor. New shower, toilet, basin, towel radiator and tub bath. 💪💪🔨🔨

Back up at hadston for a few days to fit a new composite front door supplied by PWS ashington, and fit the new kitchen on Monday 💪💪🔨🔨

Forgot to get before photos of this utility room at Newsham. Single skin brick work so we studded out the walls, added 50mm kingspan boarded and skimmed it. Added a new socket in the back end for the dryer. Took all the tiles up off the floor, and built MDF storage with hanging rails and shelves. New skirting then screeded the floor ready for the lino going down 💪💪🔨🔨

One from last week I forgot to put on. Old decking ripped up. Dug out, 100mm type 1 and more grey Indian sandstone laid, all primed then jointed with black . Edged with black ice gravel. Even had wor bobby giving us a hand 💪💪🔨🔨
