GARAGE CONVERSION-FRESH NEW SPACE

Another project completed recently. This garage was transformed into a clean, usable room as part of a renovation.

Big thanks to Helden RenovationWouter van Heldenwho carried out the stud work, insulation, plasterboarding and tiling.

My part of the job was the plastering and final painting, bringing everything together for a smooth, finished look.

Always great working as part of a team to turn a basic space into something completely new.

WATER DAMAGE REPAIR

This room was badly affected after a leak from upstairs caused serious water damage. The ceiling and walls were compromised, and the client was understandably upset seeing the condition it was left in.

We stripped everything back to what was solid and rebuilt it properly:

• Re-metal profiled and reinforced where needed
• Installed new plasterboard
• Fully plastered for a smooth finish
• Painted for a clean, final result

No covering over problems.
Removed, repaired, rebuilt — the right way.
